Restaurant cleaning in Vaughan, Toronto and the GTA
We clean restaurant dining rooms after the last guests leave: tables, chairs, booths, the wall line and the floor. Tell us your closing time and the room is ready before you open.
The dining room, spot by spot
This is the room your guests judge you by, so this is where a visit spends its time. The numbers on the plan match the list next to it.
- 1
Tables and chairs
Wiped down: tops, legs, seats and backs. When they're done, the chairs can go up on the tables for the floor.
- 2
Booth seating
Wiped like the rest of the furniture. Fabric seats can be added as upholstery cleaning.
- 3
The floor under the tables
Napkins and crumbs gathered up, then it's vacuumed and damp-mopped.
- 4
Baseboards and chair rails
Wiped along every wall, where chair backs rub and scuff.
- 5
Counters, shelves and sills
Dust taken off the host stand, the bar counter, open shelves and the window sills.
- 6
Front glass
Windows inside and outside, booked with our window cleaning.

A floor that's ready for the morning crew
The video on our commercial cleaning page was filmed in a restaurant dining room with wood floors and booth seating, after service, with napkins and crumbs still under the tables. We left the floor clean and the chairs up on the tables, the way that kitchen wanted it.
Each visit runs the same way on the floor. It's vacuumed first and damp-mopped second, around the stool legs and along the foot of the bar. If your staff would rather find the chairs back down in the morning, say so and that's how they're left.
What Ontario's food premises rule says about the room
Every restaurant in the province works under Ontario Regulation 493/17, Food Premises, and public health inspectors check against it. Four of its clauses reach past the kitchen into the room we clean.
Floors, walls and ceilings of every room where food is served or handled have to be kept clean and in good repair.
The dining room counts as much as the kitchen. That's why the wall line is on our list, and not only the floor.
Carpet is allowed where food is served, as long as it's kept clean and sanitary. Elsewhere the floor has to be tight, smooth and non-absorbent.
A carpeted dining room gets vacuumed on every visit, under the tables and along the booths.
The operator posts the results of each inspection the way the inspector asks.
In Vaughan and the rest of York Region, the YorkSafe program also lets anyone look up routine and complaint-based inspection reports for restaurants.
Cleaning chemicals are kept away from food, in labelled containers, and used so they can't contaminate it.
Tell us where food stays out overnight, such as a bread station or a dessert case, so that spot is planned around.

Booths, upholstered chairs and carpet
A booth like this one is two jobs in one seat. The hard parts and the leather are wiped down with the rest of the furniture on a regular visit. The quilted fabric back is upholstery.
Fabric furniture and upholstered chairs are on our windows, upholstery and mattresses list. Send a photo of a seat and of any care tag on it. Our page on sofa cleaning explains what the letters on those tags mean.
What to send us for a restaurant quote
A few lines in the quote form or a text to (647) 507-8440 are enough. Each one changes something about the plan.
Your closing and opening times
When the visit can start and when the room has to be finished.
Rough size in square feet, or the number of seats
How much floor and furniture there is, which sets the quote.
Wood, tile or carpet in the dining room
How the floor is done, and whether part of it is vacuumed only.
Which nights of the week
The visits go on those days and repeat.
Fabric booths, front windows, washrooms or the kitchen
Anything beyond the dining room goes into the plan and the quote.
How we get in after close
Who meets us at the door, or how the room is opened and locked.
Questions restaurant owners ask us
We close at midnight. Can you still come that night?
Yes. We're open 24 hours, 7 days a week, so the visit can start after your last staff member leaves and finish before the morning crew arrives.
Can the cleaning repeat every night we're open?
Yes. Tell us which nights and which hours the room is empty, and the visits go on that schedule.
Can the washrooms or the kitchen be part of the visit?
Name them when you ask for a quote, with anything in them that needs special care. What you add goes into the plan and into the price.
We also have an office upstairs. Can that be done too?
Yes. Offices are part of our commercial work, and our page on office cleaning in Vaughan shows what a visit there covers.
Ready to have the dining room done after close?
Send your hours, the size of the room and the nights you want, and we reply with a quote.
