Fitting the cleaning into an office week
We take bookings 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so the visits can sit in the hours nobody is at a desk. Here is one example: an office that is open Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Choose the days that suit you, once a week or more often, and tell us the hours the space is empty. The visits then repeat on that schedule. A Saturday morning works as well as a Tuesday night.

Tell us whether someone will be on site, or how the door and the alarm are handled when the office is closed, so the visit can be planned around it.
Name the rooms that stay closed
A server room, a file room or a manager's office you would rather we skip: mention it when you book, and it stays off the list.
Clear the desks you want wiped
Desks are dusted and wiped, so take the papers off the ones you want done, and keep anything confidential in a drawer.
Put a mat inside the door
