Book it after the move
Pick a day when the furniture and boxes are out. Anything left behind blocks the spots we're there to reach.
Keep water and power on
Cleaning needs running water and lights. If the utilities are being switched, check the dates first.
Tell us how to get in
Condo buildings often need an elevator booking or a name at the front desk. Lockbox codes and parking notes help too.
Mention the appliances
If the oven or the range hood needs attention, say so when you book so the time is planned for it.

About cleaning for a move
Can you clean late in the evening before a handover?
Yes. We take bookings at any hour, 7 days a week, so an evening or early-morning clean before you hand over the keys can be arranged. Book as soon as you know your moving date.
Is a move-out clean the same as a deep clean?
It covers the same list: every surface, ledges and corners, door panels and the kitchen appliances. The difference is that the home is empty, so nothing has to be cleaned around.
Do you clean condos and apartments for a move?
Yes, as well as houses. Tell us the number of bedrooms and bathrooms and whether the building has rules for contractors.
