Who we are
This website belongs to Iceberg Cleaning Inc., a cleaning company based in Vaughan, Ontario. You can reach us at icebergvaughan@gmail.com or (647) 507-8440.
What we collect and why
When you send the quote form, we receive your name, phone number, and anything else you choose to add: your email, the service you picked and your message. We use it only to reply to you, prepare a quote and arrange the cleaning.
The form sends this to our business inbox by email through Google (Gmail). The website also keeps a short log line for each request (time, name, phone and email), so a request is not lost if the email fails to go out.
If you call, text, email or message us on Instagram instead, we receive what you send in that channel and use it the same way.
Spam protection
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam. To do this, Cloudflare checks your browser and IP address when you send the form.
Analytics and cookies
When you visit, Google Analytics records which pages you open, roughly where you are and what device you use, and sets cookies to tell visits apart. We use it only to see which pages people find useful. You can block it with Google's opt-out add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Other services the pages load
The fonts on this site come from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to load them, which shares your IP address with Google. Our photos and videos are stored on our own hosting. Links to Instagram and Google Maps open those services, and their own privacy policies apply there.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to run and protect the website.
Who else sees your information
Only the providers named above, and only to do their part. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and messages for as long as we need them to serve you, and up to two years after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep records longer.
Your rights
Under Canada's privacy law (PIPEDA) you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email icebergvaughan@gmail.com and we will answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.

If the way we handle information changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
