Sofa and couch cleaning in Vaughan and the GTA
Fabric sofas, sectionals, armchairs and upholstered dining chairs. Text a photo of the piece and of the tag under its cushion, and we reply with an estimate.
Sofas, sectionals and the chairs that go with them
These are the fabric pieces on our windows, upholstery and mattresses page.
Sofa, couch or sectional
The seats and cushions, then the back and both arms, on every section of an L-shape.
Armchair
The seat, the back and the arms of a single chair.
Dining chairs
The fabric seats and backs, however many there are around the table.
An estimate from the photos in one text

We price a sofa from pictures, so nobody has to come out just to look at it. Send them to (647) 507-8440, or attach them to the quote form with the extras service chosen.
Three photos usually tell us what we need: the whole piece, the tag and each mark you want gone. Add the number of seats and anything we should know, such as a pet that sleeps on one end.

Photo 1: the whole sofa from the front, in daylight if you can.
Photo 2: the tag under a seat cushion, close enough to read the letter.
Photo 3: the coffee mark on the middle cushion.
It's 3 seats plus a chaise, code W. Our dog sleeps on the left end. Four dining chairs too.
Thanks, got all four. We'll reply with an estimate for the sofa and the chairs.
Four things to do before the visit
Find the tag now
Lift each seat cushion, then look beneath the frame. Photograph the tag if there is one, even if the print has faded.
Leave the cushion covers on
A zip on a cushion is not an invitation to wash the cover. For W, S and WS fabric, Ashley's rule is that covers should not be removed to be laundered or dry cleaned.
Blot a fresh spill, don't soak it
If something lands on the sofa before we come, lift what you can with a dry white cloth and leave it at that. On every code the maker says the same thing: don't saturate.
One product, never two
Health Canada says to never mix household chemical products, because some mixtures give off harmful gases. A second stain spray on top of yesterday's attempt counts as mixing.

The sofa and the room around it
This patterned sofa sits in the upstairs room of a client's home. The fabric is one job; the floor under it and the dust that collects behind the cushions are another.
A regular home clean covers the rooms you live in, and a deep clean takes in every piece of furniture, the ledges and the corners. If you'd like the room done as well as the sofa, put it in the same message and we'll price both. We bring our own equipment and eco-friendly products.
“Listens well to instructions and has muscles too as she lifts up or couch and chairs in the living room.”
What people ask about sofas and fabric chairs
My tag says X. Is there anything you can do?
On X fabric the maker allows vacuuming and light brushing only, with no water and no solvent. Send us the photo of the sofa and the tag and tell us what bothers you about it, and we'll tell you what we can do.
The tag was cut off. What then?
Photograph the fabric up close, the back of a cushion included, and tell us what you know about the piece, such as where it was bought. That helps us judge the fabric without the code.
Can the dining chairs be done on the same visit?
Yes. Upholstered dining chairs are on our list with sofas, sectionals and armchairs. Count them and put the number in your message.
Do you clean mattresses as well?
Yes, mattresses are on the same list as sofas. Before you book, our article on what mattress makers allow is worth five minutes.
